The Devil Went Down to Georgia! Amazing!
Last week we went to the Grand Ole Opry. Right after we found out Mitch was accepted to TSU I immediately started looking for tickets to the Grand Ole Opry. It made my day when the week after we were to move out Carrie Underwood was performing. So, I bought them immediately.
It was a blast! There were so many great performers, old and new. There was a total of 8 performing groups/individuals. Trace Adkins was great! His low voice is um . . . kind of hot. Charlie Daniels performed. He was sooo awesome! I didn't realize that in the Devil Went Down to Georgia that he played the fiddle and sang. He was amazing! We were blown away! Carrie Underwood truly has an amazing voice. My test of a performer is comparing his/her live voice to his/her recorded voice. Wow is all I can say. She sounds just the same! She is amazing! I loved it!
The Grand Ole Opry venue is so neat and a great place to go.

I'm glad that you're enjoying yourself so thoroughly in Tennesee. Your hair still looks good with all that humidity! :) My hair totally freaks out. It sounds like an amazing concert!
Jealous! I'm glad you were able to hop on the Tennessee Opry action! Thomas used to have clogging competitions there a lot and vows that he will take me there. Thanks for the moving tips, by the way!
